    CSA has been in business since 1987. CSA has specialized in software development, software reliability and testing and providing professional services. During this period the computer industry has changed dramatically and CAS has demonstrated the agility to stay current in the industry. CSA supplied test plan development and test services to a major Multiple Listing Service vendor building a state of the art (at the time) system based in BSD Unix and the Informix database. CSA helped design develop and test a distributed relational database on the IBM Systems 36/ AS400 with a PC based client at the time that the proliferation of powerful low cost personal computers started to change the industry. CSA provided consultative services to an Engineering Document Management company developing a multi-tiered client server application based on Microsoft Windows 2.0, which was one of the first GUI interface widely adopted in the industry, and the TCP/IP network. CSA used its considerable experience with the product development process to help a Fortune 100 company define its Product Delivery Process and also helped implement a CMM program to achieve CMM Level 2.
    Now, Microsoft is taking software services providers online with their ISV program. Creative Software intends to use our unique experience in consulting and software development to take advantage of this new software distribution paradigm by developing a distributed Web Service bases Peer Review product using Microsoft’s latest .NET 3.5 technology.
